Connecting communities. Building careers.
Wessex Internet is an award-winning full-fibre broadband provider on a mission to connect rural communities across the South West. Since 2010, we’ve been designing, building and operating our own gigabit-capable network, delivering fast, reliable internet to places traditional providers often don’t reach.
We’re growing rapidly and looking for people who want to be part of something tangible: laying the foundations of critical digital infrastructure, supporting local communities, and building long-term careers along the way. Whether you’re working in the field, behind the scenes, or directly with customers, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how people live and work in a more connected world.
Our culture
We’re building a place where every person matters, every idea counts, and everyone has the chance to make a real impact every day.
At Wessex Internet, success is shared. No matter your role, your voice has value - and we expect people to use it. The best improvements don’t come from the top down; they come from those doing the work, solving problems, and pushing things forward.
We move as one team, always looking for better, faster, smarter ways to serve more communities. That mindset is what drives us - and what keeps us growing.
Our company values
Honesty
We put everything we have into everything we do. Our customers trust us to deliver on our promises, know we’ll work until the job’s done, and will always be upfront and honest every step along the way.

Passion
We put more in, so everyone gets more out. We’ll never compromise when it comes to delivering outstanding products and exceptional service.
Progression
We’re passionate about progress - for our company, our people and the countryside we love. We’re proud to offer the most advanced solutions and aren’t afraid to break new ground.
