Increase awareness, registrations and customer uptake by creating enthusiasm for Wessex Internet within each community.
Work closely with Planning, Construction, PMO, Sales, Marketing and Customer Support to provide clear, consistent and timely information.

Track engagement activity, leads and performance, working with the Senior Community Engagement Manager and wider teams to maximise commercial opportunities.
What we're looking for from our Community Engagement Managers?
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging with a wide range of audiences.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, including confidence presenting to groups and speaking publicly.

Experience working on publicly funded infrastructure programmes or with organisations such as BDUK.
We’re passionate about what we do, and we’re looking for people who share that passion. If you enjoy being out in the community, building relationships and making a tangible difference to the places you work with, this could be the role for you.
Please note: This role requires a minimum of 4 days per week working either within the Planning team or directly in the community, so flexibility and a willingness to travel across our network area are essential.
